NeoMule（或Neo Mule）是eMule的一個mod，是程序員David Xanatos的作品。
NeoMule相對原版eMule有著更加詳細的設置內容和許多有用的輔助功能，包括Voodoo、 Lancast 等特色功能。同時也支持NAT轉發、UPnP、內網用戶優化等，對上傳、下載文件的細節處理也比較人性化，提供了多種設置。除此之外屏蔽吸血騾的Argos功能也是所有 Mod 中最完善的。程序支持各種自定義界面的方式，擁有極高的美觀度。

2021年本文的更新與加註

失效的原官網eselfarm.info和其論壇的鏈接換成了Internet Archive存檔鏈接，找不到存檔的移除。
基於eMule v0.49b的v4.55a是NeoMule的最後一個版本。後來作者沒有隨新版eMule更新。
最後兩個版本v4.55和v4.55a的二進位和源代碼當年僅在原官網上提供下載而沒有放在SourceForge，現原官網失效，emule-mods.de的下載也下不下來，總算在其他網站上找到並上傳到了GitHub。
NeoMule可能是eMule功能最多的一個mod，在維基百科上的Comparison of eDonkey software（eDonkey軟體比較）條目中，NeoMule的功能是最全面的。
NeoMule的作者David Xanatos後來又開發了NeoLoader（官網），一款支持BitTorrent、eD2k、Kad等的P2P文件共享客戶端，甚至加入了IPv6的支持。

Links for the source code of D39 mode is dead and there is no source for it on ed2k links. I’ve downloaded bin file from ed2k but need source codes to play with. Can anyone share it again. Thank you!
